The new myMoat will make it easier to manage your home online, with clearer navigation, real-time updates and a more personalised experience. You'll be able to report repairs, track progress, make payments, view account information and more - all in one place.

Accessibility has been at the heart of our new website and myMoat. New features include adjustable text sizes, keyboard navigation, screen reader support, translation tools and improved colour contrast, helping more people access our services in a way that works for them.
