Our vacant properties are allocated to people nominated by the local authority and you will need to be registered on their housing waiting list in order to be offered one of our properties. You can find your local authority using the link below.
Discounted rent
Under this scheme, homes are let on assured short-hold tenancies. This gives us, as the landlord and you, the chance to review the tenancy at regular intervals after the initial six month period. You may have the opportunity to purchase the property on a shared ownership basis at a later date, but this is dependent on how the scheme was originally funded. With this scheme you will also only have to pay a subsidised rent, which will be typically 20% lower than the private market.
