The Moat Offer Graphic

The Moat Offer

We’re really proud to have launched the Moat Offer. It’s a clear and straightforward guide to the services our customers can expect from us and how we’re here to support them.

We know that in the past, it hasn’t always been clear what support is available or how to get in touch when customers need us. That’s why we’ve created the Moat Offer - to bring everything together in one place, making it simpler, more transparent, and easier to understand.

From April 2024 - March 2025, we spoke to 2,681 customers, both tenants and shared owners, to get honest feedback on their experience with us. They rated our services, their home and their neighbourhood, giving a clear picture of how we’re doing to meet their expectations and where we need to take action.

An update on our long-term repairs partner

Over the past few months, we’ve been carefully reviewing the proposed long-term contract with Mears. We’ve looked closely at both cost and quality to make sure it delivers the standard our customers expect.

The Section 20 customer consultation is now completed, and we’re pleased to confirm we’re in the process of awarding Mears the long-term repairs contract. This will be a 10-year partnership, focused on delivering a more reliable, high-quality service.
