We work with our Moat Foundation colleagues, our charitable arm, to help facilitate community engagement initiatives on a scheme-by-scheme basis. Each scheme is unique, and, in all cases, we work alongside customers to help empower them to take an active and participative role in their community.
This includes:
- Scheme parties during the festive period.
- Coffee mornings with special guest speakers.
- Summer parties to help encourage customer engagement.
- Health and wellbeing sessions.
- Customer meetings to gain feedback on "you said we did".
We are also working through a programme of refreshing our communal lounges to give space for activities, socialising, and communities to come together.
