We’re delighted to join UK Hive as a Founding Partner, working with organisations from across the sector on innovation, collaboration, research and development that improves social housing for all customers and communities.  

Introduced by HACT, UK HIVE’s core purpose is to bring together social housing organisations of all sizes to share knowledge and resources and drive innovation. At its heart, it's about encouraging a culture of continuous improvement, and that's something we care deeply about. We’re proud to be a housing association that’s always listening to our customers and learning how to improve our services for them. The UK HIVE initiative gives us a valuable opportunity to unlock new and better ways of achieving the best outcomes for our customers.

Working together to make a positive impact

Over the next three to five years, we’ll work with UK HIVE’s Founding Partners and members to share ideas, learn from each other, and develop practical solutions. Together, we’ll focus on the key themes from UK HIVE’s 2025 roundtables: customers, workforce, procurement, asset management, smaller housing associations, and data and digital. The housing sector shares many of the same goals, challenges and pressures. By working together, we'll draw on our collective experience to better meet housing need and support customers with homes and services they can trust.
