- Domestic abuse and hate incidents: we have continued to strengthen our approach with enhanced training for colleagues, and we are working towards our accreditation with the Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance. A mark of our commitment to tackling domestic abuse and providing safe and informed response in partnership with other agencies.

- Taking action together: When needed, we’ll take legal steps to protect those experiencing anti-social behaviour - including court injunctions and other enforcement orders. We work in partnership with local councils, the police, and community safety teams to create safer neighbourhoods, using a mix of support and enforcement to make a real difference.

- Improving your communal spaces: We introduced new grounds maintenance service contracts to help keep your outdoor communal areas clean, safe, and well-kept. We now have regional contractors providing local services. In some areas these contracts have bedded in well and we've seen improvements in standards across our estates. In some areas, there have been service quality issues. In those areas, were working closely with the contractors to drive improvements to reach the required standards. Our Estate Services Officers and Neighbourhoods Team staff are regularly monitoring their work against strict performance targets to ensure improvements are delivered.
