Your cleaning schedule over bank holidays

During bank holidays, your usual cleaner may not visit on the normal day. Instead, we’ll carry out a limited clean within 72 hours (3 days) of your scheduled cleaning day.

What does a limited clean include?

We’ll clean all floors, glass panels and bin stores, and complete dusting and lightbulb changes if needed.

Dates for your 2026/27 diary

These changes to your cleaning schedule will apply to the following dates:

2026:

Early May Bank Holiday (4 May)

Spring Bank Holiday (25 May)

Summer Bank Holiday (31 August)

Christmas Day (25 December)

Boxing Day (26 December)

2027:

New Year’s Day (1 January)

Other changes to your cleaning schedule

If your usual cleaner is unwell and unable to attend, another member of our team will visit within the same week to clean your communal areas.

Grounds maintenance

If a grounds maintenance visit falls on a bank holiday, it will be carried out either in the week before or on the Friday after.
