Contacting us over the festive period
Our Customer Service Centre will be closed for Christmas from 5pm on Wednesday 24 December until 8am on Friday 2 January 2026.
If you need help during that time:
- For urgent repairs you can contact our out of hours provider on 0300 323 0011.
- You can report any non-urgent repairs through your online customer account, MyMoat.

Support over the holidays
- Anti-Social Behaviour: Please call our 24-hour out of office ASB Respect Line on 0800 0756 6991 or raise a report via MyMoat. If it is crime, it's important that you first report it to the Police by calling 999 to report emergencies or by calling 101 for non-emergencies. You can then let us know.
- Domestic Abuse: If you, or a loved one, is experiencing domestic abuse, free confidential advice and support is available through national organisations, such as Women’s Aid and by calling the National Domestic Abuse Helpline on 0808 2000 247. You can also report it to us by calling our out of hours provider ASB Respect Line on 0800 075 6699. If you’re in danger, please call the Police on 999. If you require urgent assistance with your housing, please contact your Local Authority or seek advice from the named organisations on our domestic abuse advice page.
