Changes to your cleaning schedule over bank holidays
During bank holidays, the cleaning of your communal areas may not be completed on the scheduled day by the usual cleaning operative. We’ll do a limited clean within the same week that the cleaning operative is usually due.
What does a limited clean include?
We’ll clean all floors, glass panels and bin stores, and complete dusting and lightbulb changes if needed.
Dates for your 2025/26 diary
These changes to your cleaning schedule will apply to the following dates:
2025:
- New Year’s Day (1 January)
- Easter - Good Friday (18 April)
- Easter - Easter Monday (21 April)
- Early May Bank Holiday (5 May)
- Spring Bank Holiday (26 May)
- Summer Bank Holiday (25 August)
- Christmas Day (25 December)
- Boxing Day (26 December)
2026:
- New Year’s Day (1 January)
Your cleaning schedule may also change throughout the year if your usual cleaning operative is sick and can’t attend. In this case, another operative will attend within the week to clean all communal areas.
