Get involved

Your views matter to us. We want you to feel involved, listened to and proud of where you live. We’re keen for you to engage with us, along with your neighbours and communities.

Sharing your voice

Would you like to become a Customer Advocate and help us shape the services we deliver to you?

Our Customer Advocates represent our customers viewpoints and help us to review and improve our services. As an advocate, you can give as much or as little time as you like in the services you’re interested in and in return we’ll reimburse your travel expenses, reward you with gift vouchers and provide opportunities for training and development.

Join our Repairs Forum!

Would you like to be a voice for our customers and share your thoughts on our repairs service? If the answer is yes we’d love you to be part of our Repairs Forum!

The forum was set up to ensure that Moat and our repairs provider, Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS), are accountable to our customers by giving forum members a platform to:

  • Scrutinise performance
  • Reflect on the effectiveness of the service
  • Provide suggestions to enhance the service in the future
  • Maintain a watching brief on behalf of all other customers

Chaired by a Moat customer, Lorraine Ash, forum meetings take place on a quarterly basis and are attended by customers along with representatives from Moat and MSPS. If you would like to become involved too we’d love to hear from you. Please email us at: feedback@moat.co.uk

Next forum meeting:

  • Tuesday 18 June - 11am to 2pm
  • Tuesday 17 September - 11am to 2pm

You can attend either in person at our head office (Mariner House, Dartford) or online via Teams.
