We'd love to help you find a home to rent. Have a look below to see which is the right affordable housing option for you.
Our vacant properties are allocated to people nominated by the local authority and you will need to be registered on their housing waiting list in order to be offered one of our properties. You can find your local authority using the link below.
Under this scheme, homes are let on assured short-hold tenancies. This gives us, as the landlord and you, the chance to review the tenancy at regular intervals after the initial six month period. You may have the opportunity to purchase the property on a shared ownership basis at a later date, but this is dependent on how the scheme was originally funded. With this scheme you will also only have to pay a subsidised rent, which will be typically 20% lower than the private market.
You can find homes that are available through Discounted Rent across the South East of England on the Help to Buy website.
We work closely with our local authority partners, letting a large number of our homes through local authority nomination agreements. Most new residents are referred to us via the housing register of their local authority, and they will be able to advise you on your housing options.Click here to find your local authority
