Same face, different shirt!

 

Over the past five months you might have noticed some familiar faces turning up to carry out your repairs – as many of the operatives who previously worked with our former contractor, MSPS, are now part of the team with our interim repairs partner, Mears.

While the logos on their shirts may have changed, what hasn’t changed is their dedication to doing a great job. We’ve worked closely with Mears to make sure every operative understands and reflects the values that matter most to us and to you. That means putting you first, being respectful, and delivering repairs with care and attention.

Here’s just a snapshot of what you’ve told us:

“The workman was highly professional and supportive. He did everything and even went extra mile to fix the problem and additional problems too. I am highly grateful.”

“Craig was very helpful, very experienced and very professional. He went out of his way to help me. He was patient and understanding and explained things in very clear and simple detail and made me understand my plumbing systems.”
