Our Big Door Knock is back – and it's live!

This month, we’re out and about in your neighbourhood again for our Big Door Knock - and this year, it’s our biggest yet.

After knocking on more than 3,000 doors last year, our teams are stepping away from their desks and heading out to meet you face-to-face. This time, we’re aiming to knock on over 10,000 doors as part of our plan to meet every one of our customers over the next three years.

Why we’re visiting

We’ll be stopping by for a quick chat to hear what’s working well, what could be better and what matters most to you

Your feedback helps shape our services and keeps your voice at the heart of what we do.
