
If you’re a London customer, here’s the latest on how we’re looking after the grounds maintenance service we provide across our London estates.
We’ve been listening to your feedback about the current service from idverde. We know how important your shared outdoor spaces are, and it’s clear the service hasn’t always met expectations. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
We’re taking steps to put things right by appointing a new contractor, with a new service planned to start on 1 August 2026. We’ll keep you updated with updates on our website, including confirmation of the contractor we plan to appoint.

If you pay a service charge for grounds maintenance, you will soon receive another letter with details of our proposed new contractor. This is your chance to review the information and let us know if you’ve any questions or concerns before anything is finalised.
Extra support in your area
While we prepare for the new service, we know some estates need extra attention now to stay clean and tidy.
To help with this, we’re bringing in extra support from our additional grounds maintenance contractors, who are working for us on other contracts, to improve standards now. Some estates will get extra visits to bring areas back up to a good standard. There’s no extra cost for this additional work.
If you notice a service issue on your estate, please report it. Your feedback really matters and is helping us improve the service for everyone.
