A better online experience for you

We're making it easier for you to get the information, support and services you need online. 

On Tuesday 14 July, we're launching a new-look website - with simpler navigation, a fresh new design and improved accessibility features, finding what you need will be quicker and more straightforward than ever. 

Whether you're one of our customers, a partner organisation or interested in working with us, our improved website will make it easier to access the information and services that matter to you. 

For our customers, we're also introducing a more personalised experience. The content you'll see on the website will be tailored to the type of home you live in, helping you find the advice and support that's most relevant to you. 

And there's more to come... 

Later this summer, we'll be launching a new and improved myMoat to make managing your home online even easier. 

Shaped by customer feedback, the new myMoat will offer a more personalised experience, with clearer navigation, real-time updates and better visibility of what's happening in your home and community. 

With even more ways to manage your home online, you'll be able to report repairs in your home and communal areas, track repair progress in real time, make payments, check your account information and more – all in one place. 

We've already shared a sneak preview of some of the new repair’s features with customers in our Existing Homes Forum, and the response has been really positive. Here's what they had to say:

Designed to work for everyone 

Making our digital services accessible to as many customers as possible has been at the heart of both projects. New accessibility features will include adjustable text sizes, keyboard navigation, screen reader support, translation tools and improved colour contrast. These improvements will help more of you access our services in a way that works best for you. 

We're excited to share these changes with you and will be bringing you more updates as we get closer to launch.
