Join our Repairs Forum

Open to all Moat customers, the Repairs Forum was set up to ensure that Moat and our repairs provider, Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS), are accountable to our customers by giving forum members a platform to:

  • Scrutinise performance
  • Reflect on the effectiveness of the service
  • Provide suggestions to enhance the service in the future
  • Maintain a watching brief on behalf of all other customers

Chaired by Lorraine Ash, a Moat resident, forum meetings take place on a quarterly basis and are attended by customers along with representatives from Moat and Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS).

Next Repairs Forum meeting

Our next meeting is on Tuesday 17 September (11am to 2pm).

You can attend either in person at our head office (Mariner House, Dartford) or online via Teams.
