Since we launched our Spot it Report it Sort it campaign in October 2024, we've received over 1,500 reports of damp and mould from our customers. Over 64% of these cases occurred in bathrooms or kitchens - rooms with excess moisture from everyday activities. It's important to ventilate these areas properly to prevent condensation build-up.
