To help us learn what you, our customers, think of your home and the services we provide you we’ve launched a Moat Customer Satisfaction Survey.
The surveys will be carried out monthly by a company called TLF Research, either by telephone or via email. If you are contacted to participate in the survey it will take around 5-10 minutes to complete. Your feedback is really important and will make a difference in helping us to continually improve our services.
What you tell us in the survey will be collated by TFL Research and shared with our customers. The results will also be published in a yearly report which will go to the Regulator of Social Housing so they can see how well we are performing.
The Regulator of Social Housing are an organisation who regulate landlords such as Moat – they’ve recently set up a system called Tenant Satisfaction Measures so they can monitor how well social landlords are doing at offering good quality homes and services.
