New customer service call centre opening hours

Following a customer consultation, we will be changing our customer service centre opening hours from 8am-6pm to 8am-5pm from 4 April 2022.

We conducted a survey to better understand how we can help and support our customers when they contact us. We found that most of our customers would prefer our phone lines to close at 5pm if it meant having more Customer Service Advisors available on the phone between 8am and 5pm. 

We want to be there for our customers when they need us most, so in order to allocate staff and maximise resources during the busiest times, our call centre will now be open from 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday. 

Our online portal MyMoat, is still available 24/7 to report repairs, make payments and manage rent accounts, and our out of hours phone line is available between 5pm and 8am to report emergencies.
