Monitoring our new repairs provider's performance

We will be hosting a Customer Repairs Oversight Committee meeting, with our repairs provider Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS), at our Moat office in Dartford on Monday 15 August. 

Our customers are at the heart of what we do. We’re committed to delivering a high-quality service. It’s important to tell us when things go right or when they go wrong so we can continue to improve our services. We invite you to join us to help review MSPS’s performance and share your thoughts about how you expect the service to be shaped in the future.  Lunch will be provided for all attendees. If you are unable to attend in-person, you are invited to join us virtually!
