We will be carrying out a major system upgrade from 5pm on Friday 24 September 2021 to 8am on Monday 4 October 2021. There will be some unavoidable disruption to our services, and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
During the system upgrade works there will be a delay in any payments you have made showing on your MyMoat account and the option to report repairs will be unavailable.
From 5pm on Thursday 30 September until 8am on Monday 4 October 2021 MyMoat will be taken offline for us to complete the upgrade works. During this time, if your query is not urgent, we would ask that you log back into MyMoat once our works have completed.
