We’re pleased to have released our Annual Report for the 2020/21 financial year. This details the work we’ve carried out to support customers, including how we overcame challenges brought about by the pandemic.
We adapted to keep vital services and support going through the various lockdowns and restrictions. The Annual Report showcases great examples of teamwork, partnerships and resident involvement which ultimately led to a successful year despite the challenges Covid-19 brought.
Despite it being a tough year for many, it features heartfelt stories from residents, including examples of support groups, getting people digitally connected to their families during isolation through to an example of a resident who was able to purchase 100% shares in her home to own it outright.
