We’ve simplified the way you make payments to Moat.
From 1 April 2019, we will be moving our debit/credit card payment service from Santander to allpay. This means if you wish to use your debit or credit card to pay for rent, service charges or sundry debt, you will no longer be able to use the Santander payment service.
The easiest way to pay is to register for our new and improved customer portal, MyMoat, where you can pay online at any time (and much, much more!). You can also download the allpay app for iPhone here and Android here. If you visit the Moat website you’ll see there are a variety of ways you can make payments to us, including mobile phone text payments, in-store Pay Point payments, direct debit, standing order, BACS, and over the telephone.
