COVID-19: Rent and service charge support
We know that this is a worrying time and that many of you will be affected financially by the measures the Government has put in place. We're here to help, so we’ve put together some FAQs about paying your rent that you can read here. If your situation changes, please let us know so that we can offer support.
Your rent, service charges and any other payments are your responsibility. All of our tenancy agreements and leases require your account to be paid in advance. Advance payments will depend on your frequency of payment - if you pay weekly then you must be a week in advance or if you pay monthly you must be a month in advance.
