Payments and money management

Many of the payment options below are accessible via MyMoat where you can make payments at a time of day convenient for you.

From 1 April 2019, we will be moving our debit/credit card payment service from Santander to allpay. This means if you wish to use your debit or credit card to pay for rent, service charges or sundry debt, you will no longer be able to use the Santander payment service.

Financial wellbeing advice

Our Financial Wellbeing Officers can offer guidance with benefits and budgeting, as well as support with appeals and tribunals. Further advice

Your rent, service charges and any other payments are your responsibility. All of our tenancy agreements and leases require your account to be paid in advance. Advance payments will depend on your frequency of payment - if you pay weekly then you must be a week in advance or if you pay monthly you must be a month in advance.
