Help us shape our future, and yours too!
At Moat we are always looking for ways to evolve and improve our services, and we invite you to play a part.
We have created a Customer Advocate group - a task force who we can call upon to help us identify where we could improve processes or parts of our business. We are looking for our most passionate, enthusiastic customers, who are excited by Moat and want to make a real difference. If this sounds like you, we want you to join us!
For more information about how you can become part of Moat’s Customer Advocate group, please contact Georgina Bousfield on email@example.com
Help test our new website!
Our team here at Moat is working on refreshing our website and MyMoat, our secure online customer area. But we’ll need some help making sure it’s easy to use.
We’re looking for 100 volunteers to become Customer Advocates and test our new site. If you want to take part, you will be asked to complete tasks on our new site and feedback on how straightforward the journey was from start to finish. This will really help us to create a website that works for everyone.
If you think you would like to help us with this, email us
and ask for more information about becoming a Customer Advocate.
Setting up a residents' association
We're keen for our customers to engage with their neighbours and their communities, as well as our teams. Setting up a residents' association is one of the most effective ways of resolving community issues and building cohesion between neighbours.
Below you can download a guide to setting up a residents' association that can be formally recognised by Moat. Of course, we can offer help and guidance along the way; however the guide should help get you moving in the right direction.
