Help test our new website!

Our team here at Moat is working on refreshing our website and MyMoat, our secure online customer area. But we’ll need some help making sure it’s easy to use.

We’re looking for 100 volunteers to become Customer Advocates and test our new site. If you want to take part, you will be asked to complete tasks on our new site and feedback on how straightforward the journey was from start to finish. This will really help us to create a website that works for everyone.

Setting up a residents' association

We're keen for our customers to engage with their neighbours and their communities, as well as our teams. Setting up a residents' association is one of the most effective ways of resolving community issues and building cohesion between neighbours.
