Dedicated support team: Our new Tenancy Specialist team provides personalised support for anti-social behaviour (ASB) and domestic abuse cases. They're in your community regularly, offering tailored advice and connecting you with specialist services. We've placed special focus on addressing Hate Incidents and created a new Domestic Abuse Specialist role in January 2024 to better support you.
24/7 reporting: We understand that issues can arise any time. You can now report incidents round-the-clock through our ASB Respect Line (0800 075 6699). We've also improved our ASB app and web page for easier reporting and evidence submission.
Listening to you: We’ve heard your requests for more staff contact and visibility. We've increased our presence in your communities and improved our communication with monthly reviews of your cases, keeping you informed throughout and discussing any concerns before closing it. This year, we'll be seeking your views on our new ASB policy to ensure it meets your needs.
Community engagement: We're actively working with local councils, police, and safety partnerships to address your concerns and create safer neighbourhoods.
Taking action: When necessary, we've taken legal steps to protect victims of ASB, including court injunctions and helping families move to safer locations.
A new grounds maintenance service: With your help and feedback, we’ve introduced a new grounds maintenance service to keep your outdoor communal spaces in excellent shape. You’ll receive a more local service from a regional contractor who can tailor their services to your feedback. We’ve set strict performance targets and higher standards for your outdoor spaces so you're getting what you pay for. And you'll have a dedicated Estate Services Officer who’ll work with your Neighbourhood Services Manager to manage and monitor your contractor’s work.
