Our first Big Door Knock is complete!

As part of our customer pioneer strategy, we made a commitment: to visit every one of our customers over a three-year period to hear what matters most to you. 

This June, all staff across Moat – whatever their role, have knocked on customers’ doors from Maldon to Dartford, Gravesend to Greenwich, and everywhere in between to find out how happy you are with our services.

We’ve loved visiting your neighbourhoods and meeting customers to have real, honest conversations and listen to your experiences. Thank you to everyone we spoke to face to face, or who submitted their feedback online, we really appreciated you taking the time to do so.

So, what happens next?
What you’ve told us during the Big Door Knock will help shape how we improve our services. We’ll now be reviewing all the feedback we’ve gathered from the surveys and will publish our key findings in the summer Customer Catch-up newsletter.

Over the next three years, we’ll be visiting all our communities, so if we didn’t visit you this year, we'll be doing a Big Knock Door visit to your neighbourhood over the coming years.
