Help shape your new repairs service – take our quick survey!

We're committed to providing you with an efficient and reliable repairs service. As shared in the latest Customer Catch-up, we're making changes to improve your experience by varying our current ten-year repairs contract with Morgan Sindall Property Services until we introduce a new service in July 2025. During this time, we'll be reviewing all options for the new service and setting up longer-term repairs and maintenance arrangements.

How you can help

We’ve recently sent you a survey either through the post or via email inviting you to give your thoughts on the current repairs service. Your valuable feedback will help us identify areas for improvement, prioritise what matters most to you and will play a crucial role in shaping your new repairs service.
