Located on the site of the Coronet cinema in Eltham. The development is well placed for some excellent transport links:
- located on th juctions of A205 (South Circular), Well Hall Road and Tom Coombs Close providing fantastic access to the A2, A20 and A21 leading to many parts of South East London and Kent
- on a variety of main bus routes giving access to areas such as North Greenwich, Woolwich, Sidcup, Mottingham, Crystal Palace. These routes also give access to other transport links such as DLR at Cutty Sark, North Greenwich underground station, Woolwich ferry and many mainline train stations
- 0.3 miles from Eltham train station linking the development well for travelling into London
- Eltham's main shopping area is the High Street, with diverse shops, not just the larger chains but also many independent retailers. There are several smaller local shopping areas serving their communities.
- Eltham Palace, favourite home of Henry VIII, is nearby. This was once owned by the Roper family (Sir William Roper was married to Margaret, daughter of Sir Thomas More), more recently lived in by Edith Nesbit and where she wrote The Railway Children.
