With support from Greenwich Council, we are proud to offer these apartments to people who are first time buyers with a local (live/work) connection to the following local authority areas: Greenwich, Lewisham, Southwark, Bexley and Bromley. In line with government priorities, people who are social tenants or Ministry of Defence (MoD) personnel will receive priority.

FIRST STEPS is the one-stop-shop for affordable home ownership in London.  It means that rather than registering with several different housing associations, you will only need to register with FIRST STEPS using a central application form.  Your details will then be placed onto a central database, with organisations such as Moat contacting you via this one source. These homes are available to local people registered with FIRST STEPS.

In addition, Greenwich Council wish these homes at The Coronet to be provided to people who are employed on incomes within three specific bands:

Band A - £21,933 to £30,462

Band B - £30,463 to £36,555

Band C - £36,556 to £43,866

Satisfying this condition means that we cannot accept reservations from people whose income (single or joint) exceeds the maximum of £43,866.
