How to apply
You can apply by sending us:
a completed Application Form, or
your CV with a covering letter telling us why you want the job and what skills and knowledge you have that makes you a good candidate.
Under Schedule 1 of the Housing Act, we need you to tell us if you are currently a tenant, leaseholder, shared owner or holder of any other form of tenancy or residency of Moat. We also need to know if you are related to any Moat staff (past or present) or Board member. Should we be in the position to offer employment, we need to obtain special permission.
We also need a completed Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form with each application.
Once your application is received, this will be separated from everything else and kept in the Human Resources (HR) & Training department. Only your application form/CV and letter will go to the line manager to ensure that shortlisting decisions are objective.
Don't forget to clearly state the job title of the vacancy for which you are applying!

Read the job description and person specification for the role you are interested in so you know what we are looking for and can tell us what makes you the person we want. We will shortlist based on how closely you match our needs.
