We hold Investors in People status and invest heavily in staff development. To ensure that we are providing the best possible service to our staff, we conduct a staff survey every other year. This is what our 2009 survey said:

For over forty years, Moat has delivered high quality general needs homes for affordable rent, supported accommodation and tenancy support services, and has a strong affordable home ownership and key worker housing offer.

Recruitment agencies
We operate a preferred suppliers list (PSL) of recruitment agencies. Please note that we do not use other agencies outside of our PSL.
