We hold Investors in People status and invest heavily in staff development. To ensure that we are providing the best possible service to our staff, we conduct a staff survey every other year. This is what our 2007 survey said:
- 95% of staff said that their job provided a friendly working atmosphere
- 94% of staff said that they felt that their line manager treated them with dignity and respect
- 94% of staff felt that their manager values their contribution
- 91% of staff said that they do interesting and enjoyable work that they feel well trained to do
