The Moat Promise is an initiative which sees greater responsibility taken by the residents who rent from us to maintain the terms of their tenancy agreements. While we're always going to be here for residents when they need us, we want to encourage a culture of independence wherever possible or appropriate.

Five Star Membership
Five Star membership offers an enhanced service to residents who consistently adhere to their tenancy agreements. This new service level is now available across our entire operating area to residents who meet the eligibility criteria.

The perks of Five Star membershipEnhanced Planned works:
Five Star members whose homes are due for kitchen or bathroom replacements will be offered a more extensive choice of accessories (up to a specified value). To qualify for this perk betwen October 2013 and April 2014, you need to have applied and had approval on your Five Star membership by 14 October 2013. £1,000 quarterly prize draw:
Every quarter, Five Star members can enter a prize draw to win a room or garden make-over by Moat’s appointed contractor, worth £1,000. Enhanced Mears repairs booking service:
Five Star members will continue be offered the chance to book evening (5pm to 7pm) or Saturday morning repairs appointments, subject to availability and the type of repair. Moat Marketplace:
