The Moat Promise is a two-way pledge between Moat and our residents, which encourages a healthier culture of partnership working, independence and community cohesion. Through a tiered service system, the Moat Promise encourages residents to keep their rent accounts clear, to avoid involvement in anti-social behaviour and to engage with our staff when necessary.
Five Star membership
Five Star membership offers enhanced services to residents who meet the eligibility criteria, which includes maintaining a clear rent account, being a MyMoat user and not causing any anti-social behaviour. Five Star members must also maintain a Four Star rating for 12 months before applying.
The perks of being a Five Star member include: enhancements to planned and cyclical works (i.e. a more extensive choice of accessories); entry into a quarterly prize draw to win a £1,000 room or garden make-over; evening and weekend repairs appointments; and access to the Moat Marketplace - an online service offering discounted goods and services.
