Moat currently has over 1,200 sheltered properties in the South East.
To be considered for an available property, applicants must meet all of the criteria below:
- You must have a housing need, which you cannot meet with your own income and resources.
- You should be over 55 years of age.
- You must have a good tenancy record and clear rent account.
To apply for a Moat sheltered property, you must either apply via Choice Based Lettings or the local housing register. This will depend upon the local authority in which you wish to live.
