Payment on line:
There are two ways to pay your rent online: Santander BillPay and Allpayments.net. More information on each of these is available below.
Santander BillPay facility
You can pay on line via the Santander BillPay facility. Please visit here and follow the registration instructions. Once registered you can make a card payment to Moat Homes Limited. When using this method please quote your full account reference (for example, 1RVNDR6WN0640000/01, as found on your quarterly rent statement or at the very bottom of your rent notice) so that we can allocate the payment to your account.

Allpayments.net – If you hold a tenancy agreement
By clicking through to www.allpayments.net/allpayments/ you can pay your rent online. There is no complicated registration process and the service is designed to be flexible and secure.
Making a payment online could not be simpler, you will need your payment card and a debit or credit card.
The site automatically identifies the first time any payment card is used. All first time users are asked to enter and confirm a password and an email address for payment confirmation. After this initial set up, each time you come back to the site you will be asked for your password.
You will then be greeted with a message confirming that you are making a payment to Moat. You can enter the amount you wish to pay and the details of the credit or debit card from which you wish the payment to be taken. You will then be required to click ‘Pay Now’.
Upon successful completion of the payment, a confirmation page will appear providing you with a payment reference and an authorisation code. You will also receive confirmation of your payment by email.
Setting up a Direct Debit
If you would like to set up a Direct Debit, you will initially need to call Moat's Customer Service Centre on 0845 600 1006. Then, you can either set the Direct Debit up on the phone with the customer service adviser or you can request that a Direct Debit form is sent out to you. The form will need to be completed and returned to Moat in order to set up the Direct Debit.

You will need to telephone Moat's Customer Service Centre on 0845 600 1006 in the first instance to make a payment arrangement.
