Mystery Shopping is a tool that is used to test our frontline services and gain feedback about resident's experiences. It can be conducted by making a telephone call, visiting one of Moat's offices, sending an email or by visiting this very website. We will ask you to complete a simple questionnaire telling us about your experience.

By conducting Mystery Shopping, we look to identify areas of success and those that need improvement. Following each mystery shop, we produce an action plan that summarises the key findings from the task.

Becoming a mystery shopper can also benefit personal development through building confidence, developing organisational skills and improving communication skills. Mystery shoppers will receive training, as well as being invited to quarterly feedback lunches and receiving thanks for each shop, by being rewarded with high street shopping vouchers.
