Ideas Catcher

Residents can get involved by joining Moat's Ideas Catcher. Members of the Ideas Catcher provide essential feedback based on their experiences of the services Moat provides.

Membership of the Ideas Catcher is open to all Moat residents and the levels of participation are dependent each member's preference. We appreciate that not everyone has the time to come to meetings and make their views known. Therefore we offer the widest possible range of ways to get involved, including telephone and email surveys, reading groups, focus groups or consulting on a policy or procedure.

Moat does recognise those residents who get involved through an annual reward programme. Furthermore, travel expenses and childcare costs will be paid for members when they attend meetings or focus groups.

If you would like to have your say about matters such as anti-social behaviour, repairs and maintenance or customer service (to name but a few) then the Ideas Catcher could be the group for you.
