Buying the home you rent from Moat
As a resident renting with Moat, you may be eligible to purchase your current home at a discounted rate through one of two Government initiatives. Each offer different benefits and require separate eligibility criteria:
Right to Buy
For residents with a ‘secure’ tenancy agreement commencing prior to 18 January 2005 (or former local authority tenants with 'assured' agreements who helped 'secure' agreements when their home was transferred to Moat).
