Appeals
All nominees or applicants have the right to appeal against any lettings decision and should write to the us initially if you wish to make an appeal.
Appeals will be heard by the voids and lettings manager or director. The appeal will not be heard by any officer who were involved in the original decision to reject or suspend the applicant.
If the matter is not resolved at this stage, the matter will progress to a panel hearing, this is made up of two Moat resident board members or committee members and following the hearing a written notification of the decision, including the grounds for the decision will be sent to the applicant.
