Paying your rent online
By clicking through to
allpayments.net
you can pay your rent online. There is no complicated registration process and the service is designed to be flexible and secure.
Making a payment online couldn't be simpler, you'll need your
payment card
and a
debit or credit card
.
Follow this link to
allpayments.net
where you will be prompted to enter your payment card number.
The site automatically identifies the first time any payment card is used. All first time users are asked to enter and confirm a password and an email address for payment confirmation. After this initial set up, each time you come back to the site you will be asked for your password.
You will then be greeted with a message confirming you are making a payment to Moat. You can enter the amount you wish to pay and the details of the credit/debit card from which you wish the payment to be taken before clicking ‘Pay Now’.
Upon successful completion of the payment, a confirmation page will appear providing you with a payment reference and an authorisation code. You will also receive confirmation of your payment by email.
To find out more about paying your rent, click through to the
Money Matters
section within the residents’ handbook.
If you have any questions about the online service please email
info@moat.co.uk
, thank you.
