Moat's supported services

A wealth of supported housing experience and expertise

We have over fifteen years experience and expertise in providing homes and support for people with diverse housing needs. Our services include:

  • Housing schemes for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health problems
  • Extra care housing for older people with additional support needs
  • Floating support to help existing tenants maintain their tenancies
  • Short term accommodation and specialist support for single homeless people
  • Refuges and support for women and their children fleeing domestic violence

Our housing support services teams provide a professional service, often working closely with specialist agencies to improve the quality of support available to tenants in their homes.

We aim to involve tenants in decisions affecting how their homes and support packages are developed and managed, and we use a variety of methods to achieve this, including a tenants’ involvement group.
