As well as providing high quality affordable homes for rent and shared ownership, we also offer support services to people who need assistance to live independently.

Our housing support services offer assistance to people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and people with mental health problems.  We also offer extra care housing for older people with additional support needs, and floating support to help tenants support their tenancies.

Moat's housing support services also include short term accommodation and specialist support for single homeless people and those with complex needs.

We also offer refuge and support for women (and their children) who are fleeing from domestic violence.
