Estate inspections 

Moat's neighbourhood teams carry out an inspection of all our developments with twenty or more homes every two months. We check that the shared areas are maintained in good order and that there are no repairs or other problems which need to be dealt with. If you have cleaning or gardening contracts, we check that the work is being carried out to the required standard.

We welcome residents to join us on inspections because you can give us valuable information about issues and how they affect quality of life in the neighbourhood. Below is a list of the dates and times of your next local inspection.
