New Build Discounted Rent 

Discounted Rent is predominantly for key workers, however on occasion other priority individuals can be accepted, subject to individual scheme criteria.

The scheme offers key workers the opportunity to rent a newly built home, at approximately 80% of ordinary market rents for homes of similar size and specification in the surrounding areas.

It is also possible should you initially rent a property under this scheme that at a later date you may be able to apply to purchase the property under the terms of the New Build HomeBuy scheme.

Your home is at risk if you do not keep up rent and mortgage repayments or payments on other loans secured on it.
