Find out if you are a key worker by reading our key worker eligibility document
Key workers may receive priority for particular properties, however this does not affect your eligiblity for HomeBuy.

Complete an application form online (opens in a new window).
When you complete the application form online, your application reaches us within seconds of submitting it.
Step four
Within eight working days we will write to you with details of your eligibility for all available schemes. Please note that if we require further information from you, we may place your application on hold while we wait to hear back from you. This could mean that confirmation of your eligibility will take longer than eight working days.
