We hold Investors in People (IIP) status and invest heavily in staff development. To ensure that we are providing the best possible service to our staff, we conduct a staff survey every other year.  

 

 This is what our 2011 survey said:  

  • 90% of staff feel we actively demonstrate a commitment to equality and diversity 
  • 89% of staff felt they were clear on expected levels of performance 
  • 80% of staff agreed that they feel well informed about what’s happening at Moat

We do not use recruitment agencies. We operate a direct hire approach and any temporary requirements are usually filled with our fully trained bank of staff.
