Fiona Deal steps up to executive director of planning and performance 

Fiona Deal has been promoted to executive director of planning and performance.

Fiona, who was previously director of HR, covering HR and training, facilities and office accommodation and internal communications, now adds corporate planning and organisational performance delivery to her range of responsibilities and will be part of the executive management team leading Moat. She will support the chief executive in defining corporate strategy and culture.

Commenting on her new role, Fiona, who joined Moat in 2002, said “I’m looking forward to the opportunity to support our business strategy and priorities more closely within my expanded brief. Moat has put itself in an excellent position for the future, but we must capitalise on all the potential we have within the organisation to really make it happen.”
